Yes, there have been a ton of Bourbon threads on here, but I just felt like sharing, this Tennessee Whisky drinker was recently introduced to this at a tasting party. While I am definitely not a bourbon connoisseur, I do know what I like, and I really liked this as a sipping bourbon. I found it to be really smooth, with a little kick at the front, but then mellowing nice & warm into the flavor notes at the back.

So, I'm curious what the bourbon-drinkers on this board who have tried it, think of it.

I’ve had it and also enjoyed it. Just finished a bottle of Noah’s Mill. A little hot to start at 114p but let it open up with an ice ball and it’s great.

Weller 12 year. Closest you can get to Pappy Van Winkle, which is also aged 12 years.

Rowan and Noah are willett products, pretty good but for the $$ there are better ones in my cabinet. However, I have enjoyed both.

Also, pappy comes in more that 12 year, and if you wind up with a Weller 12 year, lemme know if you wanna trade it for something. I have both kidneys and a couple of kids still. Liver in good shape so far as well.

I just picked up a Larceny Barrel Proof that I’m excited to try. (since we started talking some wheated bourbons in this thread)
