Doesn't mean much yet, since the parameters of what they're going to do are pretty vague and the announcement was really just a step to try and slow down gov't regulation.
They even had the stones to call some US Senators and Reps and ask them to hold off their lawmaking efforts while the NCAA works on this. LOL
Imagine a body that took 4 years to find no infractions at a school that admitted to 25 yrs of infractions asking another body (that is even more corrupt and has an approval rating in the single digits) to "ignore public opinion and constitutional law" so we can keep all the honey? :flush:
