Also interesting to note, Kirk Schulz (WSU President) reaching out to Keenum to initiate talks (ND and WVU)

Schulz was the VP for Research and Economic Development at MSU before becoming President at Kansas State University (and subsequently WSU). The CFP playoff expansion has "maroon" written all over it. VERY nice

I noticed that as well. I was a gopher in his office when he was Dean of Engineering.
