You have to separate the two.

- Talented players only make you better if they're head is screwed on right. Jones' is not.
- Thus, our program is better without him. If his head was screwed on right, then yes you'd want him.

This is so dumb.

JJ is a good player and will be missed.

We all agree on that. Imo, we still have to raise hell because we don’t want this to become a future problem.

Transfers in college football are just now at the tip of the ice berg. A tsunami is coming this time next year if the new transfer guidelines are approved. And with the spotlight shining so brightly on fairness to athletes, i would expect it to pass.

i think once that happens, the numbers in college football will make that 800+ per year in hoops look like change.

Jarrion Jones going to OM. Guess I won’t post exactly what he posted and said. But looks done basically.

With TBuck running the secondary at om, their secondary will be as porous as it was when he was at State. There's a reason Mullen didn't take him to UF. And there's a reason he wasn't courted by anyone else while he was at State. And there's a reason he wasn't retained by Leach. He's a legend, but not that great of a position coach.

Thank you! See, ababyatemydingo gets it.

We are culling the chaff from the wheat. The new coaching staff would have worked to keep JJ if they thought he was of any real value to the team.

They didn't.

Let it go.

Are you saying on that quick trip, he loved the town and people so much that he just had to transfer?

Or are you saying that all it took was one quick trip for them to hand him the bag and to find his family housing?

I know the answer. I'm just making sure you do.
