Perhaps Mister Smee's absence is due to his confinement in the Containment Facility.

Ima thanken his confinement was ah-lifted long ago, but could his ghost status be because of his health....I hope Not. Wish I truly knew the real official story.

Does anyone out there know Mister Smee and/or RoseRampart personally or have had coffee with him or walked the mile?
