crying all the way to the bank. ABC had signed up for a second season to the tune of about $300k per episode. Wouldn't be surprised if she sued for wrongful termination either since her tweet wasn't job related. She might not win but more money ABC would have to pay out to defend.

Do you think that she'll make more money since her show has been cancelled as compared to if it hadn't been? Her legal fees will be free of course if she sues.

With that net worth I doubt she does. It's not like ABC didn't have any clue that something like this might happen. It's not like Roseanne never said/did/tweeted anything controversial before her re-boot...or even while her show was on the first time.

As I read, she was fired for a pattern of misconduct. I would assume that was part of that pattern. She overplayed her racist hand.

I heard Infowars was hiring. Roseanne was racist, Bee was vulgar. Bee will pay a price but there's less punishment for vulgar no matter which side you're on.

That was tweeted in 2013...well before ABC hired her back. Maybe they shouldn’t have hired back in the first place. They were certainly comfortable with that tweet enough to overlook it for the almighty dollar...or could it be that the target was a conservative black woman?
