Ron played in the NBA!

I am so happy for Ron that he played in a game for Toronto. Hopefully he will get more minutes in the future.

When I saw him on the Raptors-Nets game broadcast two weeks ago, I wasn't sure it was him at first. The hair was different as mentioned in the previous post, and in some views his face looked a little slimmer than it did at RU, maybe due to the work on his physique.

That tweet doesn't make sense.
His team was winning prior to the shot 59-57 then goes to 62-57 (look at 15 second time stamp to see it change).

Scoreboard also says " 2 ".

So either:
  1. It was the end of the 2nd quarter and not actually the end of the game.
  2. It was the end of the 2nd half, his team was running out the clock up 2 and he launched a 3 with 10 seconds left.

Either way that's not clutch situation.
Also not sure what game that's supposed to he.
Raptors were in SA last night and 905 don't play until Saturday.

Ah. It was an Elam Ending.
That's why the weird scoring.
Would be interested to know how many points did his team need to win when RHJ hit the 3.

It was the Raptors 905 open practice and team scrimmage that was held last night. That was a pretty wicked screen...

Glad to see that Ron played well... 1-4 from 3, and 7-9 from 2, for 8-13 overall.... Hopefully his 3 pt shooting percentage will continue to improve in the future, so his potential value to NBA teams will improve correspondingly.

Ron and last night's leading scorer Jeff Dowtin are the Raptors' current 2-way players, but that can change at any time, so hopefully Ron will continue to impress in his Raptors 905 games... Looking forward to his next games (back home in Toronto against the Knicks' G-league team) on Thursday and Friday. The Thursday game is scheduled to be broadcast on ESPN+ and on MSG2 in case anyone is interested and has access to those channels.
