Indiana. It’s a done deal. Money has been transferred through Adidas. Indiana finally won a bidding war

I wish we would offer Sean East a preferred walk on spot. Kid can can play and shoot the lights out.

They're gonna have to pay him extra and get him for a second year before this even makes a slight splash. Even if the kid is an all american... IU would be lucky to make the tournament...

He’s heading to Vandy due to their high academic standards. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Headed to Indiana. Kansas has to many players sucking up guard minutes. Announcing in New Albany because that is where he lives. Or he could fly to Lawrence to announce.

Really hope he goes to IU. Will be great to watch him fade into oblivion. His dad deserves every bit of it. Can’t wait.

Oh please, you make it sound like it's some lifetime commitment.

There's no "fade into oblivion" factor with the college choices of Top 5 one and done caliber prospects. He's merely deciding where he's spending a few months before entering next year's draft.

Nothing wrong at all with a top 5 kid who is announcing between Vandy, Indiana and adidas Midwest. I guess Baylor finally had to lay off and Arizona is waiting on things to cool down.

Don't want to hear any whining from the fanbases that don't get him. You knew what this was. You played ball. Someone just topped your bid. Don't point fingers now.

They get awfully excited about one recruit. One and done and they will still suck. Then be without a good player the next year. HA

I really don't understand the viciousness and ill will here. Romeo Langford is a fine player with a chance to become a very good college player if he stays focused. Coach Calipari stopped recruiting Langford because of the chemistry with the family, not because of Langford's skill set. Langford himself was very interested in our program.

As far as I know Archie Miller has no track record coaching a Top Ten freshman talent, especially one who has shown a bit of the prima donna in his make up already. That's not quite as easy as Cal and his staff has made it look.

Romeo would have made Kansas a Final Four favorite. Joining Garland and Shittu it would have made Vanderbilt a true threat in the SEC, It gives Indiana a bit more confidence during the Bubble Watch. And when the IUsetobees bow out in the first or second round, we'll still be able to say...

I couldn't care less where this kid goes.

From a selfish UK perspective, we should want him to go to IU.

Kansas becomes a serious national title threat if he goes there. Vandy becomes a serious SEC threat if he goes there. But it appears pretty much harmless to UK if he chooses IU--we don't play them, and he's not enough to make them title contenders--no harm done.
