4 of us going from Lincoln. We've been there every time the Huskers have played there since 1984.
There is some parking but its not cheap. $20-$30, most of it east of the stadium in some gas station lots and some residential streets. The other lots are for season ticket holders only if I remember correctly. A couple of decent sports bars and restaurants to stay close by and eat before the game. You can sit and watch the Cardinals beat the Nationals before watching the Huskers beat the Gophers (I hope anyway).
While downtown Minneapolis has had some issues lately the area around the stadium and campus is pretty safe.

We parked before in the state fair grounds parking area close to the stadium and a shovel bus took you to and from the stadium but you have to stand in line after the game and a bus took you to the parking lot and it didn’t cost $30..
Do you think we can scramble with our QB for enough first downs to win? Sometimes I feel like our offense is just plays breaking down and getting lucky with a scramble. Whatever works though you know?
FYI, was told there is a huge HS Band competition in town. Parking is typically $25 in the dt area, but after a certain time of day for NFL games it is $50 plus......say hello to the Gopher pitcher from Omaha CP HS too!
