All right-- who's going to go sit in the heat and humidity to watch our beloved Huskers. We will be there. This will be my 41st straight year of going to an away game. Yes, that includes last year. I know a staff member who takes care of us. Regardless, hope there are a lot of red clad Husker fans there.

Have a brother that lives in Chicago so we make the trip each year (sans last year) there for either NW or Illinois games. Driving to Chicago Friday evening and will make the 2 hour drive down early Saturday morning. Neither NW or Illinois is ever a challenge to get great tickets at a cheap price.

Buddy I grew up with, his brother, and his dad are all Illini fans and are taking me with them for the game. Should be a good time!

Joe's Pub is a blast before the game with a lot of hotties
Grange Grove is a blast, great atmosphere and the location is amazing. You can literally bring your own keg.

I'll be there with my mom and sisters, also have some family from Omaha driving out for it that'll be there too. We'll be in Section 125. I've been to several games in Champaign-Urbana, nice little college town. Its only about an hour and a half south of us, my sister actually used to be a dean at the high school there so we were down there occasionally outside of Husker games.

White Lion, not a Husker spot that I know of but it is fun.

Joe's Pub, which might actually be on campus, not sure, but it is a blast.

Also, walk around Saturday morning on campus, their frats can actually drink on campus and no one dies, like what people seem to think will happen at UNL.

For those traveling, check out DOWNTOWN Champaign rather than the usual Campustown, especially on Friday night. It’s been redeveloped during the past several years and has a lot of cool restaurants and bars - definitely a bit more upscale and less college-like, but it’s only 1 mile or so away. Blind Pig Brewery (not to be confused with Blind Pig Co. nearby) has one of my favorite beer gardens:

Nando Milano is also fantastic Italian right by there, originally a Chicago place.
