He was plenty able to….that’s a major cop out. He was a highly rated QB recruit his entire high school career which means he had every opportunity to plan his coursework to graduate early just like every other big time QB recruit always does. He probably wanted to enjoy his last year of high school. Which is fine, but he essentially sacrificed any chance of playing college football for at least a year when he made that decision. That was his choice and he no doubt had to know what he was giving up when he made it. It is what it is.

Again, a choice he made. He chose playing 3 months of playing high school baseball over having any chance at all of seeing the field in college football as a true freshmen. That’s his prerogative and nobody should hold it against him. But you wanna know why he’s 4th (not even 3rd) on the depth chart, that’s why. If we ever get to a garbage time situation, it will be Greek getting all the work because he is way ahead in learning the offense.
