It's a beautiful day in America. State's now have the rightful authority under the constitution of the United States of America to ban the murder of innocent babies.

President Donald J Trump's legacy as POTUS continues to be a beacon of freedom across this glorious land.

Thank you POTUS. Thank you for putting justices on the court that adhere to the rule of law.

It's also a great day because @moe, @bamaEER @Soaring Eagle 74 and @eers2014 are significantly triggered.

Now my fear is that the left will ATTACK democratic institutions and insurrect various federal and state buildings. Frankly, I am terrified and disgusted at what they are starting to do.

The American people will prevail though. In the end, Love wins and good always prevails.

Let Freedom Ring.

Somewhere along a desolate, run down street in Huntington, WV, there's a part-time maintenance guy clinching his fists and stomping his feet, as he digs deeper into the closet.

I actually miss CR89 on days like today.

If there was a National Referendum solely on the issue of abortion, I would vote for choice as would the majority of the Country. But that issue will never be on any ballot, all we have is the vote of respective State Legislatures on this issue and that is how it should be. Roe was wrongly decided in the first place, there is nothing in the Penumbra of the Constitution that insures a right to abortion. This is why all my Democrat and Republican friends get frustrated with me , I try to be intellectually honest!

There is no Constitutional right to any medical procedures then. I'm not sure many would agree with that statement.

The only use the abortion discussion has for me is watching every single person on both sides of the debate take the opposite stance when it came to Covid Vaccines. "My body, my choice" apparently depends on which issue is being addressed.

Bunch of hypocrites.

Expand the referendum on abortion to options:

A. None
B. In cases of rape, incest, medical emergency
C. Fetal viability
D. 16 weeks
E. Unlimited

B would win and it wouldn’t be close.

But it’s not, if one believes life begins at conception. It’s not that person’s body, it’s another human life. No different than charging for murder of a pregnant mother loses her child in a DUI.

I think it would break along the same lines as a Presidential election , with Democrats winning popular vote. Perhaps even more so because most Country Club Republicans I know , don't care about this issue or are flat out pro choice, they care about taxing for wealth distribution not social issues.

Most Republicans do not belong to a country club since the membership has declined significantly. The constitution is blunt, if it's not in there, it's left up to the states. That's why it was ratified in the first place.

So you think it would go unlimited? I think you’re high.

We were discussing a hypothetical referendum on the issue and how that would turn out. I think there will always be unlimited abortion rights in California and never in Arkansas.

If placed into a binary choice, I’d agree. I don’t believe a binary is the case and proposes the referendum to be put to vote with options. I’d be shocked if anything other than Rape/Incest and Medical would pass a popular vote. Most parents wouldn’t agree to it.

Would you agree most Democrats are pro choice and that many wealthy Republicans could care less about this issue, would you further agree that even in disputed elections the Dems win the popular vote . Of course this is hypothetical and could not happen.

How many "Pro choice" Democrats choose Life over abortion on demand with no restrictions?

What Democrats win the "popular vote" honestly running on an agenda of increasing taxes, killing babies, and allowing in any illegal who shows up on our Southern border?

Is that not what they end up passing or proposing as legislation?

No?

Then what do they propose or pass into Law? (If you don't answer it's because you know the Truthful answer doesn't back your narrative)

Great win for morality and personal responsibility. Whatever causes Satan's children to froth at the mouth is a good thing.

I’m tracking your logic. I don’t disagree with anything other than your framing it as a binary choice.

If the binary choice is none vs. to pregnancy, I think it’d lose. Abortion as we know it to 16 weeks, wasn’t the way you phrased it. You phrased it as binary, and I think it should be phrased with multiple options and in the context of multiple options, I think the rape/incest and medical would be the one option that would win.

Those common sense exceptions you mentioned in your post are not opposed by most Pro Lifers. Pro aborts however want zero exceptions. They want abortion on demand, with no restrictions moments up to and in some cases even after birth!

If we can keep abortion to rape incest and life of mother that would be a huge win for life and it would be a widely popular posit.

I believe what we are seeing in front of the capital is one issue Democrats. Don't know their voting history or even if they vote since they don't have someone who cares enough to take them to vote..

Good luck with that.

If they done anything like this it would be in a blue state that has strict gun laws. Not realizing most rural communities in such states all own hunting rifles or shotguns & are very good shots . They wont step foot in a " stand your ground " or protect your castle state .

Give liberals an inch and they want a mile. You cannot allow them anything anymore.
