Exactly Dukefan. The funny thing is, you can almost predict what will come out of their mouths when it comes to them loosing a recruit to us. Sad that they can't see that themselves and try to come up with something new. OFC
The funniest thing about the Kentucky fans on RR is that they’ve gotten to the point that anytime Kentucky loses a recruit to Duke they instantly go straight to the “he wanted to go to Kentucky but his mom/dad “made” him go to Duke” excuse. We heard it from them when Bolden chose Duke instead of Kentucky and now that it seems like Duke is the perceived leader for Barrett, they’re already starting to say that he wants to go to Kentucky or Oregon but his mom/dad wants him to go to Duke.
Yeah, it is nuts... they are OBSESSED with players moms and dads... and every single player we get has a crazy parent who insisted they go to Duke even though they didn't want to. Marques was practically beaten by his mother.

Yea I also heard that Cam Reddish parents liked Duke, but he wanted to go to uk. Tre Jones also wanted to go to uk, but brother and mom pushed him to Duke, and Marvin Bagley wanted to go to uk, but having family ties to the Durham forced him to go to Duke. Just think, if it weren’t for the families influences, Duke wouldn’t have any recruits
I also noticed how, even though Tre Jones is the top ranked PG in the class the kitty cats refer to their PG commit, Quickley, as the #1 PG in the class. Lol.
They can't take knowing got the top player at a position over them so they simply ignore the facts and claim their guy is #1. Whatever makes them feel all warm and fuzzy I guess.....haaaa.

wild cat chad admitted to me a while back that he doesn't hate Duke because of '92, he's jealous that Duke has received the attention from the world in the last 30 years that he felt U.K. should've gotten. I was shocked he admitted it. Now, I don't pay him any attention.
Now that UL is in trouble I guess UK will really think they are our rival. We might need to start a UK quote thread since most of us are banned from thr and don't see their quotes. I've even thought that one of the reasons we have so many banned is so we don't see their troll heel anti Duke quotes. It's just like their cheating basketball team sweeping that dirt under the rug so no one can see it but it's still there. I think we land Barrett and maybe one more recruit. It is a weak class for big man recruiting. Javin and Vrank just need to rebound and defend.

Who else do you see us getting after Barrett? I don't know that we get another 2018 recruit. I'm thinking we get a grad transfer big man. Maybe one we've already recruited in the past.

If we don't get a grad transfer we may at least be looking at whether they are interested or not. The 2018 class isn't exactly full of game ready players. Though we may be a little spoiled because 2016 was so good and 2017 wasn't half bad either.

That’s true. After RJ, who do we go after? lol. I had suggested maybe Duke pursuing Bol Bol because he prolly won’t be going to Arizona(the perceived favorite) now. Didn’t someone on here also mention 2019 Bacot reclassifying? I like the idea of a grad transfer as well, or giving Vrank a chance would suit me fine also, and there’s also the possibility that Bolden could return also.
