One of the true greats. When you turned the TV on and heard his voice, you knew it was a big game without seeing who was playing. He is a link to a lot of history. There are very few that I miss calling games and KJ was one of them. RIP

Love Vin Scully, but I would rather hear Keith Jackson call a football game. Scully was by far the best at baseball, with probably only Ernie Harwell even in the conversation. But even though Scully was a very good football play-by-play man, I'll still take Jackson.

loved listening to him but when he did Husker games he seemed bias toward the other team, but either way he was the greatest off all time in the booth.
