RIP John Mahoney

John Mahoney, a veteran character actor best known for playing the curmudgeonly dog-loving father of the title character in TV's "Frasier," has died.

Always loved his character on Frazier.

Whatever he was appearing in, he made it better. Had supporting roles in some favorite movies of mine, like Moonstruck, Tin Men and Eight Men Out. RIP
