Absolutely brutal. Brother died at 28, apparently suddenly from heart issues.

I remember seeing that she lost custody of her child with Vladimir Klitschko years ago because of addiction issues.

Sad…
Never could get past her demons. Her drug problems started when she was a teenager and she couldn’t ever get over it. Sad.

I’m 38 but remember her from the movie Racing Stripes, also in Scream 4 in 2011 and Scream VI in 2023 and as already stated Remember the Titans. I remember always thinking she was pretty damn good looking for sure. Rip to her it really is sad. My fiance was on her phone literally when they first announced it and said to me “you won’t believe which famous and young person just died”

It’s bad board etiquette to drop obscure bombs with no explanation or link to the dirt.
To my knowledge she didn’t actually name these people. She referenced a time when she was 18 when she was basically offered to a famous British musician for sex, but was able to escape the situation. She also referenced being sexually harassed by an A-list Oscar winner. I’m wondering if she wasn’t actually abused by both, considering her spiral. Poor girl.

I may be wrong, but I think I remember reading that she chose to give up custody out of best interest of children. whatever the case may be, that is sad, and her passing is sad.

She was beautiful and played in some great roles that she made more memorable

To quote the great Rick James, "Cocaine is a hell of a drug." Sad that she died, but that is what happens to people in active use. The fact that she was rich and influential makes that worse for me as she could have gotten help. The drugs always win, and it is very sad, but they always win.

The first responder in the 911 call mentioned "overdose". They can run all the forensic tests they want to determine a cause of death, but it's known what happened. Very sad. Had two cousins die from overdose, one when I was real young too.

If you want more on what may have heavily contributed to her outcome. I’m not endorsing this because I’m not going down a rabbit hole to fact check it, but if this is even kinda the story it’s just sad as hell for her and her brother…
