Lack of killer instinct. Seems content to piddle around with a lead as opposed to extending it.
Has no understanding of when to go for the TD, and when a FG is the right play. Despite his horrible coaching, think of the number of games the huskers could have won the past 3 years with just common sense play calling/decision making,especially if in the 4th Q.
But I guess the fact that he coached one year in the NFL (2-14) makes up for his deficiencies.

Unfortunately I think it’s true. It’s not that he can’t coach and game plan and recruit. It’s just when it comes down to it, he doesn’t know how to win. Had a tonmof chances to put this thing away today, history repeating

I was surprised he punted in the 4th.

Hard to put a game away when you can't run. And that's not just on the O line. Our running backs don't have the speed to break one to the outside.

Does Mike R always have bloodshot eyes like he is high.Wonder if he is on nerve pills or pain killers..His eyes are always glossy like a pot smoker.
