We hired the JoMo of women's college basketball. Great looking pedigree, nice lady but not ready for the prime time of the SEC.

It’s very clear this group is missing some of the intangible qualities that made the 2017-2019 teams so great. They were missing them last year too for the most part, but I just assumed it was because the team was super young. Now I feel like this may just be who this group is. And it makes me wonder if that’s part of the reason Vic left, it’s possible this group of players may be a real challenge to coach. He certainly battled with them all season last year.

They don’t do the little things nearly well enough right now to accomplish anything of note. They will win some games and finish in the top half of the league on talent alone in all likelihood, but I don’t know how anyone can expect us to do much more than that. We look like a team who will bow out of the tournament after one or two games, which would be big underachievement for this team.

Baseball stadium is up and running way faster with Cohen as AD than as coach too. I think your take is ****. Who cares about WBB? None of us sure as hell did when Vic first got hired. Signs of poor conditioning and poor coaching. If your players don't have the stamina to play the 4th quarter then you better platoon them better during the game. There maybe some emotional turmoil going on with the team. Being their friend doesn't seem to be working out for the coach.

I think the Pat Summit coaching tree is looking a lot like the Nick Saban coaching tree. Very hit and miss.
