I think uofl is going to have to pay out his contract if they fire him...and I know some of the board of trustees already wanted him gone after the ***** scandal but that's why they didn't fire him. They're gonna have to fire him, but what a POS to not man up and resign.
If they have to pay out his contract after 3 nuclear scandals, they also need to fire the guy who writes their contracts.

Just spoke with Pitino's attorney. He says there would be no reason for him to resign, as he's not accused of any wrongdoing by Feds today.
