Like Jesus christ.. we do this every year. We lose some early games, like most top teams, and wind up right in the thick of it by the season end. Some of you will never learn. Never.

Richmond is mostly Seniors. We are all Freshmen who didn't even get the luxury of exhibition games due to the late season start.

This is pretty much expected.

No this was not expected. To get thumped by Richmond. We were favored by eight. We’re getting blown out. Lazy passes, poor execution, horrible defense, taking Awful shots, selfish.


Now, with this team be better later in the year? Probably. These early losses are what kills us on selection Sunday. Not to mention it’s at home.

It doesn't matter. We are the 10th ranked team playing at home.

This isn't a "bad" loss in terms of resume but we definitely have a long way to go.

Richmond is still a major team, they are not a power five powerhouse program. And they just thumped us easily. So yes this is not a scheduling issue Kentucky had no business losing this game. Either, we are way overrated or the kids just didn’t take this game seriously.
