The announcers would like everyone to know how amazing Richmond is to only be down four points and let’s go Spiders you can do it!
Need to run offense and pass the ball lots of standing around and hero ball
Richmond is good. We aren’t really shooting the ball well or taking that good of shots. Need to feed sarr more and run more I think. Think we shoot better in the second half. But Richmond is playing good defense on us.
10 TOs in the first half, gotta clean that up.
Players look like they have no clue what they are supposed to do. Thank god Sarr can play one on one

Hard to imagine how bad our halfcourt offense would look without Sarr. Dumping it down to him early in the year until everyone learns their roles is a nice option to have.
A couple people mentioned it earlier and I have to agree - Askew doesn't look very quick to me. He should be able to finish in the paint due to his size and he's a capable shooter (thank God) but smaller, quicker guards could be a problem for him all year. Richmond has fast guards but it looks like he has no shot whatsoever to break anyone down off the dribble.

UK +10 in rebounding but -10 in FGA. That’s brutally bad. Gotta clean it up
Yup Mintz playing selfish, which surprises me, thought with his experience he would be more poised.

Would like to see us go to sarr more and I know cal will probably the first possession. But with our guards size advantage we haven’t posted them once
44% from the field, 0-4 from 3, 59% from the line, 5 assists, 10 TO’s. I don’t like any of those numbers. Amazing the Cats are up. Improve on all and we’ll win by double digits.
We’re letting Richmond dictate the pace. We need to speed up the game, but that’s easier said than done.
Maybe final year NBA aspirations has him wanting to pad the stats.

Has anyone heard whether Brooks will play in the Kansas game? I know the report was he wouldn’t play this week, but nothing has been said (that I’ve heard) about the coming week.
Agreed. I feel like Boston can create his own much easier than Clarke. BB can get a little out of control but seems like he can create space pretty much anytime he needs to.
We will be lucky if Richmond shoots that poorly again . I bet both teams play better this half .
It’s really cool that Richmond brought their own announcers with them.
