Troy “gimme my money” Aikman said from tape he’s watching he’s the best guard in the NFL and best play since Larry Allen

He's like a hand grenade waiting to go off. And no, that is not a good thing.

Did you watch any of Hard Knocks this year? Some footage of Ritchie on there
Looks and sounds different. If you believe that people can’t overcome our faults there’s no hope for any of us
Ritchie seemed legit and like a much better human being/teammate as an older player

We could sure use some nastiness that guys like him had, without the A-hole-ness that came with him.

I watched the show. There was a nice scene where AB, who knew nobody on the team, went up to talk to Richie. Two Pro Bowlers on a new team. I forget what Richie said, but I think he said some sort of self effacing comment about the both of them being crazy. He may have been joking, but I think at this point Richie knows that he does have mental illness and is taking his meds. Can't say the same for AB.

Side note: I think Richie was actually cut and then re-signed by the Raiders before the start of the season. Not sure why. Maybe salary issues?

Sign him up as OL coach.
Double Nickels for DL coach.
We'd be nasty in the trenches again.

An obviously mentally challenged neighbor lady who had just gotten out of the hospital after a heart attack said to me, "My kids think I'm crazy and my Dr. told me not to do this". She proceeded to hop up and down on one foot and crow like a rooster. Then she stopped and asked, "So do you think I'm crazy?" I just turned to her and said, "I guess we're all a bit crazy. It's just a matter of degrees.".

Do any of your remember his dad on this message board? No wonder why Richie has anger issues. I think he is dead now. May be why Richie has peace in his life

Richie’s dad and Seth Jensens dad are the two players parents that posted on Rivals that will always stick out to me. One was an ***-hat and the other was extremely nice.

Incognito was featured on HBO real sports a couple months ago, he is not mentally ill according to him and he is not on medication. He also really does not seem to be very remorseful for the things he has done. Says he did not bully Jonathan Martin in Miami and the funeral home incident was because of drugs and alcohol which he is also not receiving help for. He will do something very stupid again.

I thought Martin came off as a little soft during all of that and I can give Richie a pass at the Funeral, his dad has just died. Kind of a big emotional thing

I would not want to be around the next time he goes off (& he will) At the least, I’d want a 10mm at the ready. He’s a big man, need the knock down & stopping power.

Hoboken Joe. He threatened to kill me one time for saying Richie had anger management issues.

His dad is dead and Richie was arrested at the funeral home for acting very bizarrely and demanding among other things that they cut his dad's head off and preserve it.

When they obviously refused, he went out to his truck to get his gun(s) if I recall.

He's always been a very good OL but he has deep-seated mental issues and zero coaching experience so that's a firm no on having him fill any kind of coaching position.

if people couldnt handle bo’s outbursts, etc., then theres no point in trotting this experiment out in Lincoln...

I'm worried about the experiment out in Oakland. He may (somehow) make it through the year, but I'd put money that he will have an incident before the season is up. I just hope it doesn't mess with the team's chemistry. I fear that it will. However, I'm not the GM or whomever approved of this deal.

He's a great player. No doubt. Just not worth the headache and damage it will do to the team when he finally goes off.

do player lose everything when they stop taking roids? or does some of the muscle still stay around? I was watching a video on that tony mandrich guy from michagan state who was all hyped up..
and he stopped roids in the nfl, but started doing pain killers...I wonder if he stop roids and just lived clean after that, if he would of still been good?
