I know there are Richie Farmer fans on this board but he's an embarrassment...

BCG got a DUI on the way home from the golf course. At 2 in the morning. He had the ever popular 10 PM tee time.

Cal mentioned his name on his call in show this past Monday, in a "where's Richie" kinda way. He has been an embarrassment to a lot of people with his past actions, most importantly himself.

No excuse in a grown man getting behind the wheel (on a public road) while drunk. A simple 50,000 dollar fine for first offense would finish this problem off.

Well, that's a bit much. But it really should start higher than it is now, and go up with a higher BAC.

At least he's not out selling drugs or shooting people.

Is this the way we’re determining right from wrong these days? If they’re not selling drugs or shooting people then it’s ok? What about the numerous people every week killed by impaired drivers?

Ha, nice. But you know it wouldn't stop most of the people that do it.

Would you if you knew that you'd be on the hook for 50 grand if caught? Dunno man, I wouldn't.

But I'm cool making it a 150,000 fine which was my original thought. That should definitely stop it.
