I know we can only judge coaches from what we see today, BUT we still have no idea if Cignetti is a good coach or not. Look at Kevin Sumlin at Texas A&M, Hoke with Michigan, Weiss at ND, McElwain & Mullan at Florida, Malzahn at Auburn, etc.... coaches who all had players "buy-in" in 5 minutes, but really fizzled out beyond that.
I understand there have been coaches who crushed it early and sustained success.
History shows year 3 is when things start clicking for Rhule.
