Oh yeah Wall Street tanking after 4 solid years of growth.Don’t forget to mention your retirement accounts tanking. But hey, it beats mean tweets.
Let’s see, he shuts down the pipeline his first day, gets involved in the Russian conflict and has now stopped buying gas from them. Venezuela told Biden to get F’ed and now the Middle East is thinking about abandoning the petrol dollar. All this has led to a massive increase in gas prices, which will continue to go up. If you don’t believe me, go fill up. Meanwhile for four years we were energy independent and gas was relatively low around $2.30 where I live for four years. Now it’s $5.00. There’s a start for you but yes I’m dumb. Are you joking or just stupid? Please enlighten us on how he will start WW3 and has made gas and food prices unaffordable?
You mean the pipeline that would not have been ready till 2023 assuming NO delays? And high estimates that Keystone may lower by 1 dollar per barrel? Energy independent for four years? Huh? We have to import like 10 million more barrels per day than we can create. Not a Biden or Trump thing. We also rely on heavier oil, which we do not produce and our refineries are mostly set up for. Oil is a global commodity and not something any prez can alter in a meaningful way.Let’s see, he shuts down the pipeline his first day, gets involved in the Russian conflict and has now stopped buying gas from them. The pipeline was already up and running what are talking about? You come up with this while shaving or brushing your teeth? There’s no telling who you are or what you’ve done. You talk a big game and usually that means there’s plenty of skeletons in your closet buddy.
You and Rex are attention whores who think you’re better than people when we all know the politically incorrect truth. You’re a couple of weirdos that no one likes.

Umm, where did I reference WTI? Are our refineries set up to process both our oil and imported oil? I'm not embarrassed in the least bud
- WTI stands for West Texas Intermediate. This is oil produced in the United States. It is typically on the lighter end of the spectrum, at an API gravity of 39.6. WTI sulfur content is 0.24%, putting it at the sweeter end of the spectrum.
Your post is incorrect on a number and most of your points. I don’t mean to embarrass you but you have a lot of bad info here.
WTI is light crude. You said the USA relies on mostly heavy crude. Our refineries are not set up to take mostly heavy crude. We use mostly WTI.Umm, where did I reference WTI? Are our refineries set up to process both our oil and imported oil? I'm not embarrassed in the least bud

oh. And.
In 2021, the United States exported about 8.63 million b/d of petroleum to 176 countries and 4 U.S. territories. Crude oil exports of about 2.98 million b/d accounted for 35% of total U.S. gross petroleum exports in 2021. The resulting total net petroleum imports (imports minus exports) were about -0.16 million b/d in 2021, which means that the United States was a net petroleum exporter of 0.16 million b/d in 2021.
Rednecks hate Rex because he has the nerve to call out all the racists. I think it's hilarious. Great fans unless you don't tow the line.Poor Rex Chapman looks like a clown on truTV tonight! He picked UCLA to knock out Kentucky, atta boy King Rex!

Yes. The USA has recently been energy independent and could be for years to come. Yes on shale, you are correct. The Russians and OPEC are scared to death of our potential energy production. So much that they gang up on us to lower the cost of energy when we get strong. Ala 140 to 55 per barrel in a few months time. I think we could be importing crude from Canada via keystone and export it after turned into derivative product to other countries, just as we do now. That Canadian oil should be coming south thru us rather than west to China. I only feel this way because I have watched the oil industry for a long time because of my job. I am not politically astute so I won’t comment on Biden or anyone else.
Above is a good article. I'm not a light versus heavy crude expert. It looks like shale production levels has a big influence there. Are you saying because we are the biggest exporter that we are or can be energy independent? I continue to read oil experts say we have to import because we cannot produce enough based on our usage. I'm curious, what do you think Biden is doing wrong, that he specifically has control over in this capitalist setup?
Hom much oil do we use per day and how much do we produce? Is the oil that would have come thru keystone ours or Canadian?Yes. Canadian thru the initial part of Keystone. I think the plan was just to shift some of the oil thru the pipeline instead of rail or trucks, but not sure exactly what the owners vision was. I know excess would have come thru it instead of to the west coast of Canada instead of via tanker to China. I believe we use almost everything we produce, but export what we import after a trip to the refinery and distallite production.Hom much oil do we use per day and how much do we produce? Remember. We export refined products. We are a net exporter.
I think I'm missing something, you said we were energy independent. The above is from April 2020. Maybe we are just not on same page. Maybe it is my fault
I think I'm missing something, you said we were energy independent. The above is from April 2020. Maybe we are just not on same page. Maybe it is my fault
But you are missing the point that we are using much more oil than producing. Biden or trump are not behind that
We use about 10%[roughly and going by memory kinda] more than what we produce. We import more so we can export more. Just because we import it doesn’t mean we consume it. We export almost everything we import. We only need to produce about 10% more to be even on use and production. Our producers will probably begin doing that shortly. If prices were lower they may continue to produce less. But you are missing the point that we are using much more oil than producing. Biden or trump are not behind that
No. It’s true. I only skimmed it. But we sell a lot of those imports to other countries after we turn it into distillates. Or refine it into gas, deisel etc
Is that any president's fault? No. It’s true. I only skimmed it. But we sell a lot of those imports to other countries after we turn it into distillates. Or refine it into gas, deisel etc
I'm requesting no attention. If you were racist in the 50s and 60s, "the times" is not an excuse. I'm not Christ, I just know that to treat people wrong for any reason is wrong. No one is harping on what happened to Rex at UK other than people that don't like him. He may have answered questions about it since then, but he hasn't made a public effort to criticize UK. I appreciate you saying I talk a big game, because I didn't realize I did. I'm just an old UK fan trying to enjoy a discussion board because my doctor said it would be good for me to keep my mind keen.Well aren’t you just a modern day Christ.
There’s no telling who you are or what you’ve done. You talk a big game and usually that means there’s plenty of skeletons in your closet buddy.
We’ve got plenty of racist people today on all sides of the spectrum. You choose to ignore that. In 100 years maybe someone will talk about you and how you sat back while large portions of people were awful to each other. It includes all races. Are you a fan of abortion? It’s getting unpopular, in 100 years you’ll probably be seen as a murderer.
Or we can let people’s opinions stay in time and allow everyone to grow with the age.
Someone might have told Rex to stop dating a black girl a few years removed from civil rights era. How long do you want to harp on it?
You and Rex are attention whores who think you’re better than people when we all know the politically incorrect truth. You’re a couple of weirdos that no one likes. Good day.
Actually, only libs like Rex.....you know...drug addicts and thievesRednecks hate Rex because he has the nerve to call out all the racists. I think it's hilarious. Great fans unless you don't tow the line.
how much gas was flowing through the pipeline before he shut it down? Serious question?Let’s see, he shuts down the pipeline his first day, gets involved in the Russian conflict and has now stopped buying gas from them. Venezuela told Biden to get F’ed and now the Middle East is thinking about abandoning the petrol dollar. All this has led to a massive increase in gas prices, which will continue to go up. OK, my last post was not a serious question despite me saying it was. I was just waiting for some dipshit to say that the "pipeline" was up and running when it most certainly was not. This is why politics and social media don't go together. People get their information and opinions on social media because people feed them ******** and tell them what their opinion should be (both sides mind you). But it really is tough to listen to people just continue to espouse ******** as facts because they read it on facebook. The pipeline was already up and running what are talking about? If you can’t see the difference in the policies and prices the past 4 years compared to now, I don’t have anything else to say about it.
I don't have a dog in this fight but, Part of the Keystone pipeline was up and running..... I am not sure where you get your info but it's incorrect.OK, my last post was not a serious question despite me saying it was. Good morning.... Presidential decisions certainly have effects on the economy, and I think you would agree. This case goes beyond the guy at the top. I just believe we should be energy independent and not be draining the SPR inventory. Is that any president's fault?
This is hilariousOh yeah Wall Street tanking after 4 solid years of growth.
What are you talking about? Is this how you cope with your program choking on the biggest stage? Bury your head in Newsmax and right wing internet webpagesBiden/liberals/socialists would be closer to Hitler since they condone/support the murder of illions of innocent lives every year.
If you want that to happen you'll need to have the State take over the oil industry comrade. Surely neither of us want that. The system is working as it has for many, many years. Again, not a Biden or Trump thingGood morning.... Presidential decisions certainly have effects on the economy, and I think you would agree. This case goes beyond the guy at the top. I just believe we should be energy independent and not be draining the SPR inventory.
