Only problem I have had with Rex was the announcement about Cal before a tourney game (which turned out to be false). He was trying to project a news scoop for attention and he is not a journalist. Everyone has political opinions these days like "I'm right and you're wrong." So he is no different.

Chapman has always been this way. Difference is he now has a politically friendly megaphone to shout his insane nonsense from. It's hilarious how so many were fooled by his sham public apology to fans. Made possible by Matt Jones I might add. Birds of a feather. Chapman despises most UK fans because they vote red and aren't woke-enough for his tastes. Total fraud and complete opportunist. Put him on "ignore" and your life will be much better.

No UK coach is going to vote for Kelly Craft because she donated money. I would venture 90% of the coaching staff on the basketball and football team are woke liberal Democrats. Money will not change that.

I guess because I am caucasian, was born and raised in Kentucky (Rex was born in Owensboro, I was born in Louisville about 100 miles apart) at basically the same time Rex was (I was born Oct. ‘66, Rex Oct. ‘67) Im 6’3, Rex is 6’4, I could hoop (didnt have the leaping ability Rex had but I could play the game and could shoot it, from deep.) and dreamed of playing for UK.
Chapman, will always hold a special place in my heart.
