Probably a little too soon for a bigger picture perspective, but I feel like this conference, opposing coaches, opposing fans and R fans all elevated this program to new heights.
The caliber of road venues, opposing fanbases, fully tested our program for 20 games. There were some scary moments through these last 3 to 4 months, but these players and coaches earned a lot of respect from me, not just this season, but for a couple of seasons now. They're not perfect, but they battled....and are battle tested....
And I want to give Purdue credit for being a program that I respect...to win in their building, when they needed the game just as much, is a testament to our staff and players, where we hung in there.
I remained confident through this entire season that this was a NCAA caliber program and we earned our way into 20 wins and finished over .500 in the the B1G at 11-9..... Proud day, moment and season to be a Scarlet Knight...!!!
