Very much miss how united this country was during 9/11. Before the January 6th attacks, Epstein coverup, and politicians being assassinated.

Never Forget

My flag will be out tomorrow, at half staff, unfortunately it will be one of the few. Lost a buddy from NYFD that I worked with once a year for awhile. Great dude, I will never forget

I hadn't realized until this morning that it was 9/11. I still remember seeing it on the news early (I was in Mountain time) that a plane hat hit a building. I was in 7th grade, so pretty young. Definitely didn't grasp the gravity of the situation at the time. Then the second plane hit. Only day we had a TV going in the classroom.

Crazy that was 24 years ago.

I think it was about a year and a half ago, I had listened to a speaker who was there, and made a decision to help people. Was really powerful. I'll try to remember his name.

I’m sitting in my truck 100 feet from the house I was working on when I heard the radio reports. I couldn’t believe it. First report from CBS radio I heard was that it was a terrible “accident”.

On top of the 2,977 that died that day, upwards of 10,000 first responders have died from disease, 7000 U.S personnel died in Afghanistan and Iraq, and over 1,000,000 U.S personnel have been diagnosed with severe disability from service in the war on terror. The payments for disability from the war on terror will reach $1 trillion in the next 40 years.

What did Iraq have to do with 9/11? Hundreds of thousands of Iraqis perished from a Bush era lie.

"If you aren't with us, you are against us". Iraq became a target of W immediately, as there was only one middle east power that didn't align with the U.S in the war on terror. You can add the hundreds of thousands of Iraqis, a collapsed nation to the list of deceased caused by the this horrible day.
