that win or lose, it's never the coaches faults. 🤣 🤣 🤣 It's always that:

- You don't donate enough
- There's no fieldhouse
- They need regular season games to gel
- UMass and BC spent more in the portal than Rutgers

did I miss any?

speaking of witch- I was only listening on the radio after on of MD's TD's and it was the kickoff- which I no longer even listen to or watch anymore - but announcers called it as a line drive kick fair caught at the 7. And my football mind is thinking - line drive to the 7- there is almost no way their defense has gotten down the field and this is a prime kick for a big return.

I would love to know from someone who watched it- is that a correct assessment or did they just make it sound that way because it was the radio?

They were down the field pretty far IIRC, he wasn't getting to the 25 or beyond.

A wise poster ( banned under many names) said focusing on winning is the key
RU fans must focus on the win, not loss in order for the team to win.

RU played it best football of the season for much of the 2nd half. QB play was stellar and we protected him. Tackling was much better. Lots of positives to take away from this road win against a desperate team on their homecoming. Tough game next week on the road against a ranked opponent. Let's see how the season plays out. But I have a big smile on my face right now!

Yes, Rutgers always plays its best games against teams that suck but never against teams that are good.

NW was in a dogfight with MSU today. Had to sneak a win out. Fake punt almost cost them the game.

PSU and Michigan offenses don’t look good.

MSU not great either.

Nebraska looks better than they have in recent past and probably the best remaining opponent.

People are getting high on Wisconsin but I’m not as sure but Wisconsin’s defense looks good.

Look at the rollercoaster of UF the last month lol, who knows for sure what you might get week to week.

Not correct. First ~25 min of second half were great, last ~5 min as bad as it’s been all season and we were a toenail away from OT and then who knows.

I am glad they won. Not miserable at all. Was not hoping for a loss so you are wrong again. They did play way better today. I'm smart enough to realize though it was against a bad team.

I still want Greg to go though. Do you?
