I don't give a **** where he is rated. It has nothing to do with how people see the guy. He has had a Republican legislature and in a state the delegates do most of the governing. The governor oversees all that. We have some good laws in WV and that makes for a good governor.

Obviously the majority of people in West Virginia don't give a **** what you think. They elected him twice as Governor and are about to elect him as Senator. He also gets high approval ratings from Republicans and many Democrats in the State. Only people really complaining are the Far Left, Establishment Turds like Chuck Schumer, Trump Haters, and You.
