I'm one who does not like him but have voted for him and will hold my nose and vote for him in November. Only thing saving him from himself is the mostly conservative house and senate.
He's definitely more popular than Joe Manchin however if he could get Saban to come Coach WVU many opinions of him would definitely increase. Those odds are extremely low here we are. No Saban and a one term Senator in Jim.

I don't think many people like him. People are OK with him because in their opinion he does a good job. I think it is fair to say he has done well. He isn't popular to people who have done business with him. He definitely isn't popular with folks who worked for him. Popularity is probably subjective. I wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire. I will vote to send him to DC if it means he can't run a business in WV. His sone are way worse than him so unfortunately that won't get better.
