African Americans are voting for secure borders, more low cost energy, lower interest rates, tax cuts with more take home pay and JOBS. There is nothing in the Socialist agenda promising any of that which is why your worthless party is losing so many African American voters and will get DESTROYED in two weeks because of a massive swing of Black voters casting a ballot for Trump.
I asked Black voters what have they got to lose, and they've figured plenty!

He's not wasting West Virginia taxpayers money is the point of the article. Probably one of the reasons He's a popular Governor. Hell If he brings that kind of attitude to the Senate I don't care if he only shows up to vote no whenever Democrats and RINOS want to send billions more overseas.
He doesn't have much control over the finances. The legislature controls all of this and has often reigned in his ideas about addressing state finances. If you think he is going to the Senate for any other reason than to cash in lobbyist cash to save his bankrupt businesses you are kidding yourself.
The only good news is he will probably hold the line for Trump in the Senate so that is good.
