This is already the best Matt Rhule has done in his first year at a program, and he did it with **** at QB. Sims was a miss, but let's not pretend coming to Nebraska after the dumpster fire we've been the past 7 years is an easy sell.

There is promise on the defense, our ****** offense is down to 3rd & 4th string at multiple positions. The fact we won games that would be surefire losses last year is already progress.

I agree with the sentiment, but a bowl game is really not a big deal to me. If Chubba starts and lights it up the last two weeks, then I could get excited for one. Otherwise, if we're to back into one with how bad this offense is, I'd rather just miss out and move on to next season, and I don't think the bowl practices are going to help.

I disagree with this. By this time of the season everyone with a functioning brain knows what is going to be the result if we put the ball up on 3rd and goal tied at 10. And it happend. Satterfield has shown his *** over and over. He’s aweful. And as far as this goes whoever picked Sims should be gone. Who could watch any tape and thought that was a good idea.

So nope it’s on the coaches. This is a dogshit schedule that should be at worst 7-3 at worst. But nope. So don’t give me it’s on the players. It’s on Ruhle ultimately who gives the same speak and spell responses each week. If this team doesn’t make a bowl then it’s a failure by everyone a total failure.

What were the numbers before final interception. 4 turnovers, and yet your defense has done it's best to give you a chance to win, including giving you a short field. You do not throw that last pass with your 3rd string QB with a bowl game on the line.

Run 3 times and kick FG if you don't score a TD. Satt can't come back from that call, he has to go.

We aren't losing games due to domination by the opponent, we are losing games all by ourselves.
The first game we played this year and the game yesterday were by the same 10-13 score. The circumstances were near identical. Maryland defense didn't make amazing plays, they didn't need to. For the most part this year, we didn't get beat, we neglectfully lost the game.

Really, on paper I may didn’t look like it at the beginning but how it’s played out saying we couldn’t win 8? Really people on this board tell us that Iowa is aweful and they are but what’s their record. This conference is bad and only three teams are decent and only one of those were in the schedule this year.

You're right, but that's assuming the chips always fall the right way for Nebraska. they did in the month of October, and we were undefeated.

the team is having serious hiccups, partially due to injuries. what's important is that next years starters are getting serious playing time that will pay dividends next year.

I'm convinced that half these guys are not adults .In the same breath I understand the years of frustration that mold's their behavior. Some guys just need to take a break from watching Nebraska play I think. I have accepted years ago that we suck and no way we win with turnovers. All the crying and pointing fingers won't change what Nebraska is and will continue to be unless they change the narrative. Rhule couldn't change it overnight but he will in a few seasons.
