I’m completely guessing here but I think it’s a skin infection/cellulitis. Just based on random stuff that’s out there-If it’s spreading fast/lymphangitis It’s best to give IV antibiotics for resistant organisms. it could take you out of circulation for a little while depending on how much limitation of motion there is.

IIRC Rhule said it is non-football related. Just depends what it turns out to be. It could honestly be anything from an infection, cellulitis, appendicitis, stomach ulcer, etc. hope it’s not more serious than those things.
