Eastern Wayne just like their football team athletes and scrappy.
I'm guessing that was a good game. EW is tough.

EW tried to intimidate and rough up Dione Neal with some success until the Rams got the lead and then he feasted at the FT line.
Yeah, Washington ended up boat racing us.
I would imagine that that should be the game plan for all of your opponents. If Neal is out, are the Rams still a good team?
And EW got by doing a whole lot of very questionable stuff guarding Dionte!
But yes, eventually it became Dionte Time and……. we know how it ended.
But, Hats off to EW, they fought very hard!
Probably not, but Paul Cauthen is really good. Rams can build around him in football and basketball.
Eastern Wayne's next trip to Reidsville might be graduation day -- just to make sure Dionte Neal picks up his diploma.
They visited in November and watched Dionte return a kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown, return a punt 56 yards for a touchdown, run for a 65-yard touchdown, run for a 21-yard touchdown and receive a 13-yard TD pass. Reidsville won the second-round playoff game 41-24 as Dionte posted 348 all-purpose yards and five touchdowns.
They drove from Goldsboro again in March and watched Dionte post 28 points and 7 assists despite a harassing defense designed to stop him. Reidsville won the fourth-round playoff game 81-71.
Is there a stronger word than wow?
