Reid Travis out again

Well, if you think we don't have a legitimate shot this season, you're not very knowledgeable.
If Travis is out or doesn’t come back soon enough to get us back in sync then we have no shot. The only way this team can win is if everyone is playing and clicking like they were a month ago. Without Travis we are Elite 8 at best.
I don't think its been downplayed, maybe just a bit but why take a chance and play him today? We dont need him to beat Florida. So why not give him an extra few days. I think its a smart choice myself. Now, watch us lose and I sound like an idiot. Lol.
No, we don't have to have him to beat Florida. Never said we don't miss him but we don't need him in order to beat Florida. Still an entire half to go buddy.

If you think we NEED RT to beat Florida, well there is just no hope for you. We are playing like **** but we can definitely beat Florida without RT.

Watched him say that too. Really does sound like he’s done at Kentucky. And Cal said he’s only talked to him about his knee a couple times. Sad for Travis.

Pretty simple here: Kentucky pulls away late to beat Florida 66-57. In the process, and thanks to Tennessee's loss, Kentucky gets to the 1 line. If the Wildcats don't lose again before Selection Sunday, they're a lock for a 1.
So how is UK a loser? Well, let's check in on the status of Reid Travis.

That's ... not good. Travis is vital to UK's national title hopes. It can probably make a Final Four without him, but asking UK to win six times without its most physically imposing player is asking too much. UK fans need to prepare not to see him in the SEC tourney, then hope the Cats are around for the Sweet 16. It sounds like that's a best-case scenario at this point.
