Got screwed betting this spread, but am I the only one that noticed the questionable calls, etc going to the end of the game? Its like the refs were playing for the spread...Please somebody tell me I was the only one that seen all this.

It's a combination of Cal's teams penchant for taking foot of the pedal, being tired at the end of the game, and the other team trying much harder to make the score look better. Happens pretty much every game we win by more than 15 or so.

It's actually funny to hear that because the foul with 3 seconds left was a pretty iffy call. I told my girl they must be near the spread. I had no issues with how it was called tonight really but i definitely get a kick out of hearing that it really came down to that

I thought I heard them say Doug Shows was officiating, so just assumed it would be bad.

Of course refs are betting the games. I watch a lot of college basketball but, no longer bet and it's so obvious even a blind man can see it. It's pretty rampant in the NBA not only with refs but, players as well. Anywhere there's televised competitive games, gambling is involved. It's in every sport from football to soccer to yes, college basketball.

The Call i question was the illegal screen on pj with under a minute. Really helped preserve the spread
