A tightly called game may actually benefit us today against the SC defensive pressure. Not that I want to see a free throw fest.Anyone else worried that we end up with Shows, and Valentine and another blind mouse for refs today? Figure over 40 fouls are def going to get called today.
You got one of them right. Karl HessDoug Shows, Karl Hess, and TV Teddy...
Poke it!!!refs don't matter when you're the best eva, all time
For 2 games it has been but overall we are really good at the line. What helps is we have no one like Lee, Dakari ect . Everyone shoots around 70-75% except Bam but Bam is better then his average shows. Monk is money at the line along with Mulder.Only benefit would be if we are actually hitting our free throws. Here lately that has been iffy. Getting tired of the free throw fests. Enjoy minutes of a game going by with back and forth basketball instead of the game being stopped everytime down the court.

No it won't. SC's weakness is there is no way they score more than 60 against our defense unless they do it at the foul line. A ton of fouls called SC might end up scoring 90. That will be a problem for us if the game is reduced to both teams trading free throws. Also the constant fouls disrupts our ability to run away from teams and keeps the game close enough for them to win. That's what happened the past 3 games. UK was really 20+ points better but couldn't blow the game open because of the constant disruption.A tightly called game may actually benefit us today against the SC defensive pressure. It won't be TV Teddy, he is calling the UofL vs FSU game, which is currently 14-0 FSU.
And he has consistently blown his whistle, and run 3 to 5 steps toward the scorer, then demonstrably making the call, waving his arms, and stomping his foot, as he does.

You forgot Alex English...Steve Spurrier
George Rodgers
Eddie Fogler
It will be a special 5 man crew. Hess, Shows, Valentine, Ayers and Greene.
I love this has to be one of the best ever.
I'm good with that because it means Pat Adams isn't there
There were 42 fouls called, the majority of which were against SC. We scored 21of our 85 points on the free throw line. The tightly called game benefited us yesterday way more than SC because we are deeper and our guards were free to slash thru their defense for easy shots and kick outs. The numerous fouls called neutered SC's pressure D.No it won't. SC's weakness is there is no way they score more than 60 against our defense unless they do it at the foul line.
