I think it is understandable from a mother's perspective. Coach Pitino did an amazing job while here as a coach. He has done a very nice job of coaching basketball pretty much everywhere he has ever been. But as a person...ehhh. Let's be honest, there are some very questionable things there. Winning may cure a lot of things with fans, but when it comes to your child and the person you choose to coach them and guide them and help shape them, if the guy is kind of a creep, even if he is a successful creep...ya know? I think that may be some of her objections. But I can't say for sure. I have only been a father and never a mother.

Hell of a family, and pretty soon(hopefully not too soon), Reed will be a first round NBA pick and NCAA champion just like his daddy. We then need Reed to marry a great women’s player and have multiple children who can become stars for UK when I’m 58.

That’s a good Momma right there. Of course he couldn’t play for anyone not on the UK sideline. He was literally born to play for our Beloved Wildcats. His parents are UK Royals as a couple.

There is an article about them all on KSR today and during the recruiting of Stacy, Sharon Fanning asked Pitino to call her. He did but called her Tracy. She called him Dick and hasn’t liked him ever since. It was mentioned in the article.

It is really worth the 5 to 10 minute read.
