Rockies are giving them a run for their money, and Colorado isn’t even a low-payroll team. This should be the year when the Rockies commit to a rebuild and let their young talent cut their teeth. But Bud Black would rather play a bunch of rundown veterans in the hope that they can lose 98 games instead of 102.

revenue sharing killed MLB. Teams like KC, Cincy, and Col are guaranteed to turn a profit if they don’t spend any money and just “field a team”. Imagine that, a socialist program not working?!?!

Also all the rules tied to calling up prospects are dumb. Teams wait until June so they get to keep prospects on rookie contracts one more year.
