Damn Duke is on a roll! Capel is really getting the job done. Makes me sick to my stomach!!!!!!!
Most of the so called experts, believe Duke is leading for Barrett, wth is going on.

Reddish has been a Duke lean for a LONG time. Cal coaching him helped but too.much ground to make up. Duke is hitting these guys hard as juniors. UK waits...gotta adjust
we got like 6 5*s from the last class, meanwhile Duke took on players with eligibility concerns (although we know they'll be cleared bc, well Duke). The sky isn't falling. We good.

I agree with this. Cal still gets most of his targets BUT he should, IMO, start offering them as a jr instead of have hem thirsting for a offer then by the time they get one he's playing catch up to Duke (about 1-2 players a year) but that 1-2 could be the difference between a very good season and a title

Recruiting momentum not really in our favor with either according to "experts."
I know we've not been the favorite for a lot of Cal's eventual signees in the past, but our ability to land top 5 guys has diminished in recent years.

Ks made his living (recently) on perimeter forwards who can shoot. Not surprised dukes favored for reddish.

I try to not get too emotionally involved in the recruiting process. Too many factors with a 17 year old making a decision that usually is made by family or entourage. But my question is who is the chief recruiter for UK now. I'm sure Cal steps in to seal the deal but who starts the process. Do we have a guy like that or is it a group recruit?

Was there any problems with Reddish being seen with LeBron and his agent recently? Looks like Rat face is taking the attention like Cal did. Having Reddish commit tonight during Barrett's visit will have Duke and K on his mind while visiting UK. Another stolen Calipari play..
Our best recruiter on staff is far and away Kenny Payne. Hopefully pastner continues to suck as a head coach and Cal picks him up and/or Antigua comes back.
