Have y'all tried potassium bromide, brother? **** had worked miracles for us. Ours hasn't had one since. Going on like four months, roughly.

No, not yet. He hasnt had one since hes been on the meds but we might try it to avoid the zombie issue, just not himself. Is it available over the counter?

No, it's prescription. If you get it written, try calling around to vet clinics for the best price on them. Then, cross reference the vets best price with Chewy.com. It's $39.99, I believe, for 60 of them through Chewy - plus the shipping fee. That makes for a total of around $45.

Chewy is kinda hard to deal with, though, especially with new customers/scripts. They overcharged us twice and had to refund our money both times. We pay around $10 more at the vet. I think that's the route we'll go this time. The headache isn't worth saving the $10, in our opinion.

The wife gets aggravated having to contact Chewy so much. She doesn't have time for that ****, where she basically runs a medical office. Hope that helps you. Good luck.

thanks bro, good looking out. I’m willing to try anything to help him and her, she’s a wreck watching him fade.

Anytime, bro. The other thing with Chewy is that there's a lot of back and forth with the verification of the script between you, your vet and Chewy. Just a pain in the ***, especially initially. If you can get them elsewhere without much price difference, besides over the internet, do that.
