So we've got a pretty good guard coming in. How would you use the last ship? A top C/PF? Another guard?

If we can find another grad transfer/Juco with Gettys height to replace him, we should be pretty alright

At this point we only have one more scholarship for next season but I would guess we could have another if someone doesn't return. I would go after a big guy as a C/PF to take CJ's place. Hopefully we can find a good one who can rebound and score and who will be here for a few years.

A lot of possibilities I guess. We might go after a shooter, but don't forget the staff was going hard after PG Alvarado.

Can Geo shoot? This is tough. Have confidence in Doorson, Sa, Diallo and look for a sniper or replace Gettys with a Juco or grad transfer big? Whatever happens, Williams and Thiam have to get deadly from the corners. Day by day...

Does the current roster have one unused scholarship?

Probably next tier below that. Not a lottery guy but every program besides the top 10 would love to have him. Not gunna say the position, less that comes out helps RU's chances which are about 25% I would say right now

knowing Pikeill like I am starting to know him...if he had a good cadidate(think Gettys)
he prob would have used the schollie
the establish grad player with one year of eligibility
is a pretty good tool!
I would love a Gettys/point guard/scorer

I am not sure Freeman was exposed, though it was easily his worse game since coming to RU. Missed a few easy shots and had a number blocked. I think our team was caught off guard by Miami's athleticism.

Given the way the team has improved, the apparent quality of the staff and the new planned facilities I would be disappointed (given ONE scholarship-I'm sure lots want to play for Pikiell and RU) if R sole? recruit for 2017 ISN'T a top 100 player.

It was also mentioned in ATS that we are in on a recruit but Bobby did nnot want to mention a name. No idea why but it is what it is.
