Always enjoy listening to Tyler Barnes about recruiting. Interesting how the class came together. If you haven't watched the Iowa recruiting press conference on You Tube, I would highly recommend.
Got 18 of the 18 commits, not bad. Took Janda away from Bucky. Pretty darn good class, and February signing day is still coming up.
For a developmental program like Iowa this is a very good day.
Dang. 14 seems like a lot of kids getting spring ball in.
Iowa might need some DBs and WRs to step up from this Class
Sounds like Lester is good with the QBs we have on the roster. DL - one inside and one outside but they really like our redshirt class plus Epenesa.

Well the University of Kansas State probably put together a pretty compelling argument.
I believe clown college had one (1) Iowa high school signee yesterday. I don't think Iowa offered. Nothing against the young man, I hope he graduates and makes a good living someday.
This is a solid class. OL is the top group in this class. Very good QB recruit who can sling it. With Brewer's and Stinson's commit late, I am bullish about our reveivers.
On the defensive side, we had a very good DB and LBer class. Had a few misses on the D-line so Janda's flip late was a welcomed get.
A top 25 class doesn't happen much, the future remains bright for the Hawks.

Great class for 2026. I really hope they make some splashes soon in 2027, some of the programs around Iowa are making big moves already.

K State has named the successor, so they know who the coach is going to be.
Hope they can get Blum and DeJean committed early...but seemed like a lot of flipping happening down the stretch this year so with 12 months til signing day for 27..lot of movement will occur.
Janda's HS coach,Michigan state champ coach, said that just rumors of wis.coach job status caused Jack to open up..even tho rumors unfounded.

I bet Blum waits a bit, no inside info, but he did just pull a Miami offer this week. I agree that commits at this point aren't worth much weight. I am assuming Dejean and Riordan are high likelihood pickups. It would be great to land the QB out of Omaha, Warren.

I didn't accuse anyone of anything, I just thought it was odd. He used that M when he received his Michigan offer. For all I know, he might be talking **** to Michigan.
