I never understood why guys even committed to a school if they were going on a mission.

I mean I’ve seen Aaron Donald chase down runners plenty of times 30-40 yard down field over the years.

Donald ran the combine 40-yard dash in just 4.68 seconds, despite weighing nearly 290 pounds at the time.

I think we have the opportunity because I don’t know who but I’m gonna guess probably to leave from this class and never make it to Lincoln. There will also be another big cycle at the end of the season of players, finding a different home to play either in a different D1 or potentially even lower to find playing time. The world that we live in the off-season free agency of college football.

This is a different strategy. Usually we get our number, then have some late decommits, and are reaching at the end.

No doubt about it. The transfer portal has changed the game and I think these days, there are no limits. Ask TCU and USC how quickly that can turn things around.
