Malachi is 6'4. Just need the QBs to get him the ball.
I know. Just not strong enough yet. He’s going to be good I think. The surgery tweet might explain why we didn’t see more from him. He had a nice catch in the middle of the field against Iowa and took a big hit. Really think he’s the best we have right now.

Not sure what this signifies, but I couldn’t decide whether to laugh or cringe, so I did a little bit of both…
Regarding the posts above, it's about catching shite. In the video the dude caught a log with his face. Not recommended for American football.

I hope moving Satterfield to OC/tight ends, bringing in a QB coach and demoting Dvoracek doesn't derail this recruitment.
What makes you think they would demote Dvoracek? And why would Smith care? Isn't he a WR with the possibility to grow into a TE?

Recruiting is a concern with me but I liked the improvement in LB's for the most part.

Don't think Dvoracek is getting a demotion

That would leave three total D coaches including White

Plus I've been told he is an up and coming D coordinator (for someone)

I’m with you on the moves to the offensive staff, but why in world would we deomote Dvoracheck?

No idea if Dvoracek is an up and coming D coordinator but I'm 100% certain someone made that up when they said he was a candidate to replace White. His prior experience was 2 years as an assistant at Lehigh and 2 years as an assistant to the assistant with Carolina.

I'm getting concerned with his LB recruiting. Unless then plan is the portal.

Josh Martin would be sent back to his analyst position.

For the Dvoracek discussion ongoing, some sports reporter I heard on radio a couple months ago (I can't remember which) mentioned he knew the defense as well as anyone on staff and would be a candidate for promotion if necessary 🤷🏻‍♂️

I agree. We need to get a vet in the portal.

What is your ***** with dvoracek? We’ll get the recruits when the kids know him better
I think clearly HuskerWed was thinking Josh Martin. Dvoracek improved those LBs across the board. I don’t mind moving Martin back to analyst.. in fact it should be done IMO
And moving Martin won’t affect anything

The linebackers did just fine this year, and I'm not concerned about recruiting at all at this position. We've got some young guys at this position who will emerge next year.

My bad, I meant Josh Martin, the guy who took over tight ends after Wager "resigned". Has been some talk about hiring a QB coach and moving TEs under Satterfield. Ingwerson is being recruited as a TE.
