FYI, for anyone wanting to follow early signing day and what's happening with guys TU has been waiting to make a decision, I've had a thread running all morning in Hurricane Alley.

For those hung up on stars, here's how these early guys stack up: 12 of 16 received(had to revise this number way up) 3 *s from 247 Sports, while at least 3 of these also got 3*s from ESPN(Paxton,Washington & Windham). After checking bios & film, how R. Fuller, H. Grant & G. Cantu didn't get 3*s from someone is beyond me. And that QB's stats(R. Fuller) are impressive. Not to mention S. O'Keefe who could be a pretty salty dual-threat QB although TU has him listed as a Safety). To me, this class looks very good and there's more to come. TU Football:1st,last,always! (I'm wrong about Cantu & Fuller-they both got 3* from 247).

Tulsa signed 16 of its 17 commitments on the first day of the early period, and the Hurricane expects to add several more by the regular signing period in February.
