The Republicans controlled HIC voted on the exact same thing Schiff is bragging about today, and it was unanimous. The transcripts are in the DOJ's hands, Mueller has had them for some time. Meaning, Junior hasn't been charged and he had the goods for 5 months minimum.

They aren't public already because of the DOJ. It will be up to them to redact/release.
