Remember Rhule likely has had an abundance of time to work on the staff he wanted after he was fired by Carolina. So the speed isn't a surprise to me. Rhule probably didn't know what school he was going to be hired at but knew the staff he wanted. I would guess several of those staffers were pre-contacted and told they'd have a job with him if they wanted when he got hired.
