No ,quitting your job is not illegal , sometimes it's the smartest thing to do to keep out if trouble, or to hide wrong doing

Maybe he’s just soooo busy doing other stuff that he had to resign in a way everyone could see.

Maybe he didn't actually believe what he was doing was real 'work'...considering the relative lack of what that actually constitutes in Government vs the absolute requirements of same in the private sector?

I love that almost the entirety of the head-shed of the FBI has been decapitsted and you all still think everything was on the up and up.

The comical thing is that they still want to focus on one meeting between Trump Jr. And the plant from the Hillary campaign.

Flynn plead guilty to lying. The FBI found he did nothing wrong with his foreign discussions. He even asked the Obama admin for permission first. What else do you want to focus on?

Patience, it really doesn’t matter what they want, this this whole matter is in the process of crashing down on the ******** (DC establishment). Order more popcorn & enjoy the show.

So because Flynn was indicted, you are saying the FBI is corrupt.

So is Mueller corrupt?

Is the grand jury corrupt?

Is the federal judge corrupt?

Tell us where the corruption ends.

Once again, you are a special kind of stupid.

Who said the FBI was corrupt?
Who said the judge was corrupt?

Why do you lie?

Flynn plead guilty. He was not indicted. The folks who set him up in a trap to get rid of him because he defended the girl who had filed compaints against Mccabe are corrupt.

Try to be smarter clown.

Yet he pleaded guilty.

Strange.

I’ll tell you what else is strange. All these “innocent” people from the campaign telling all these lies.....cause innocent people lie.

Over 11 liberals from the FBI and justice have left, been reassigned and demoted. There's the real number and the IG report has yet to come out.

Have you not been following the news for the last ten months?

Holy crap, this is what counts as lying to the FBI??!

WaPo from last January: Link

The Jan. 24 interview potentially puts Flynn in legal jeopardy. Lying to the FBI is a felony offense. But several officials said it is unclear whether prosecutors would attempt to bring a case, in part because Flynn may parse the definition of the word “sanctions.” He also followed his denial to the FBI by saying he couldn’t recall all of the conversation, officials said.

...

In a recent interview with the Daily Caller, Flynn said he didn’t discuss “sanctions” but did discuss the Obama administration’s expulsion of 35 Russian diplomats it said were “intelligence operatives.” The move was part of the sanctions package it announced on Dec. 29

Parsing the word sanctions, are we? I wouldn't think expulsions are part of sanctions, either. I've always thought of sanctions being trade or monetary.

The Flynn situation just isn't adding up.

You are arguing about the guilt or innocence of a man who has pleaded guilty.

Good luck with that. Sounds intelligent to me.
